Financial coaching is personal and customized to you. We focus on helping you address the challenges and dreams that matter in your own life. We hope to develop an individual relationship with every participant to offer trustworthy, accessible, confidential, and judgment-free financial counseling and guidance.

Families Moving Forward
Families Moving Forward is a three-year program that connects Cambridge parents with a personal mentor and supportive connections to help them reach their family’s goals in health, housing, finances, education, and work. The program is offered in partnership with the City of Cambridge, Cambridge Family & Children’s Service, Cambridge Health Alliance, Cambridge Housing Authority, Community Action Agency of Somerville, and Institute for Health and Recovery.
The program’s inaugural cohort of 25 families began the program in 2020 and will participate until 2023. Meeting monthly, each family is working towards their own goals and contributing to a matched savings account with the support of their mentor and peer group.
The program is currently closed for enrollment. Applications may open for the program’s next cohort in 2023.
For questions about the program, please contact program manager Ian Davis at [email protected] or 617-918-7525.
