The Hovey Avenue Apartments are conveniently located between Inman and Harvard Squares.

This historic former warehouse building was purchased from the Cambridge Redevelopment Authority in 1970 and converted into affordable apartments. The building includes two management offices, a large community room, and laundry room.

The Bishop Allen apartments are conveniently located steps away from Central Square. Recent renovations completely restored these buildings and recreated historic features that had been lost over the years.

Located in Inman Square, Elm Place includes a historic renovation as well as newly constructed townhome-style apartments.

Scouting Way Apartments consists of three buildings and is located a short walk from Central Square. Two newly-constructed buildings and one historic renovation include townhouse-style apartments with in-building laundry and opportunities for parking.

A former candy factory, the Squirrel Brand building now offers modern and affordable housing to residents between Central and Kendall Squares.
